Screw the LAs, the best bullshit-talking I’ve ever learned was in my FA classes this year. Did you see Stefanie Cook’s thesis? Hearing her talk about that chair almost drove me to glittery, inspirational tears.

I didn’t, but i should have done. i’m surprised they don’t just let people declare bullshit as a minor. now THAT would be progressive.

i’m a student who’s spent three years working around and learning from people like C.F. Payne, Evangelia Philippidis, and James Gurney. like a lot of people i know i honestly don’t have enough time to balance workload, work, and freelance, unfortunately, and the freelance work i have done has been mainly design (and nothing i would be proud to put in my portfolio). you’re welcome to check out the work i currently have on my art blog if it tickles your fancy. i’ve just finished the last semester of my junior year, so some of the work on there is reasonably recent and a lot of it is for class assignments.
